A good team building activity i found fun and effective, was a swear jar. Having a team swear jar not only helped build accountability among peers but it also was a fun way of actual paying attention to each other. The best part of the jar getting full is that we make potlucks (usually order pizza).
I know I have said a million times, “if I had a nickel for every time you cursed, I’d be a Millionaire!” and now I say “it’s time to put their money where their mouth is!” help clean up a swear word lover’s language fast with one of this swear jars. They can hold coins, dollars, checks, but not bitcoin or other cryptocurrency. This could be the perfect gift for a team trying to a curb a bad habits at the office before their others catch on.
